In this [Dividend Stocks with Positive Total Return] video 🎥, we will be discussing some recent enhancements that we have made to our Dividend Payers Google sheet. Specifically, we will be focusing on the addition of Total Return and the calculations for it. We will be showcasing how we are now using total return and asking for your thoughts on highlighting it with conditional formatting. Last week, we received a recommendation to use the FED interest rate, but we have decided to stick with our standard 5% yield for highlighting. This means that the total return percentage column will now be color-coded with green for values greater than or equal to 5, red for values less than 0, and white for values between 0 and 5. This has been very helpful in quickly identifying investments with an attractive total return compared to bonds.
